Christ, nimbate, seated facing on square-backed throne, wearing tunic and pallium, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in his left; to left and right, IC - XC. Rev. +AΛЄΙΙⲰ ΔЄCΠΟΤ ΤⲰ KM Bust of Alexius I facing, wearing loros and crown with pendilia, holding labarum with X on shaft in his right hand and globus cruciger in his left. SB 1893. Two flan cracks and with light graffiti, otherwise, extremely fine.
