Nimbate facing bust of St. Michael, holding trefoil scepter in his right hand and globe in his left; on the right side of the nimbus, MIXAHΛ. Rev. [Γ]PHΓⲰP/H MAΓICTPO / RECT S ΔOMЄCTH/[...] T[Ⲱ]N CX, O CT/...NIT+ in five lines. Unpublished in the standard references. A beautiful representation of Michael on the seal of a Byzantine general. Some minor marks and flatness, otherwise, extremely fine.
