Follis (Bronze, 26 mm, 9.56 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis. +ЄMMA[NOЧHΛ] Nimbate bust of Christ facing, wearing tunic and pallium, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in his left; in fields, IC - XC. Rev. +IҺSЧS / XRISTЧS / bASILЄЧ / bΑSILЄ in four lines. DOC, Class A2. SB 1813. A well struck example with a very attractive bust of Christ. Minor flan fault on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
