G'M ('Jamasp' in Pahlawi) Draped bust of Jamasp to right, wearing mural crown with inner crescent and korymbos set on crescent; to right, small bust of Ahura Mazda. Rev. Fire altar flanked by two stylized attendants; in upper field to left, five-pointed star; in upper field to right, crescent; in field to right, WH (name of the mint in Pahlawi); in field to left, date in Pahlawi. SNS III, pl. 113, A17. A beautifully toned and attractive example. Struck from the usual somewhat worn dies, otherwise, good extremely fine.
