PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Ptolemy I Soter, 305-282 BC. Obol (Bronze, 20 mm, 8.99 g, 12 h), Paphos, circa 294-282. Head of Aphrodite to right, wearing polos ornamented with palmettes. Rev. ΠTOΛEMAIOY Eagle with closed wings standing left on thunderbolt. Lorber B118. Svoronos 74. Rare. Light roughness, otherwise, good very fine.
