LUCANIA. Paestum (Poseidonia). Second Punic War, 218-201 BC. Sextans (Bronze, 15 mm, 3.57 g, 4 h). Head of Demeter to right, wearing wreath of grain ears; to left, two pellets (mark of value). Rev. ΠΑΙS Boar running right; below, crescent above two pellets (mark of value). Crawford, Paestum, 10/3. HN Italy 1215. Good very fine.
