CRUSADERS. Antioch. Tancred, regent, 1101-1112. Follis (Bronze, 21 mm, 3.49 g, 6 h). ΚΕ ΒΟ TANKPI Cuirassed bust of Tancred facing, wearing turban with cross and holding sword in his right hand. Rev. Cross pommée, fleuronée at base; in angles, IC - XC / NI-KA. MPS 4a. Metcalf, Crusades, 65. Porteous 17. Wäckerlin 85ff. Traces of overstriking, otherwise, very fine.
