2nd Class Cross, instituted in 1914. Breast Badge, 50 mm, gilt Silver, partially enameled, both central medallions gilt silver, enameled, original ribbon and suspension bar, in case of issue by “J.H. Werner, Berlin” with silver printed Columbian coat of arms on the lid. Nice and very rare order of excellent European quality. I RR!
