Rx: COS - III on l. and r., S - C across field, Janus Quadrifons standing facing, placing r. hand on hip and holding scepter with l. hand. Ex Curtis L. Clay Collection; ex Lucernae, eBay, 20 March 2012. RIC records only one specimen of this variant, though others may be present in unvisited public or private collections. In the normal variant Janus' attributes are reversed: he holds scepter in right hand and places his left hand rather than his right hand on his hip.. VF
