AITWLWN Aitolos, nude but for chlamys wrapped round his l. arm and kausia in the back, standing l., l. foot on rock, holding spear with his r. hand, sword at side; in field l., D. D.I. Tsangari, Corpus des monnaies d'or, d'argent et de bronze de la confédération étolienne (2007), 105, 741a ( this specimen , illustr. on pl. XLIII). BCD, Acarnania 444. Toned. Short flan. Rev. slightly off center.
