Iraq Central Bank of Iraq 1 Dinar ND (1959) Pick 53bs Specimen PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ. The lovely light blue color and yellow underprint are well preserved on this early Iraqi issue. A perforated number 207 appears on this example, and is cancelled with two punch holes.
