Satrap on horseback riding left, reins in left hand, ankh or Satrapal symbol below / NRGL TRZ (Nergal of Tarsus in Aramaic), Mesopotamian war deity Nergal standing right, bow outward in left hand, spear in right; palm tree or tree of life behind, all within shallow incuse square.
