An interesting lot which includes a very scarce uniface front poof, mounted to cardstock for rigidity. The beautiful design elements are on full display, as the Proof lacks signatures and serial numbers. PCGS mentions small internal tears, which do not detract from the overall appearance. The Specimen, on the other hand, has printed and hand-written overprints, staple holes, and two hole punched cancellations atop the printed signatures.
