D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, cuirassed bust of Arcadius facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / NOVA SPES REIPVBLICAE, Victory seated right on cuirass, inscribing XX / XXX in two lines on shield set on knee; shield behind cuirass, star in left field, CONOB in exergue.
