A wonderfully detailed and colorful Specimen executed toward the end of World War II by BWC, this note has a large vignette of the bank's headquarters on the face and a building in a palm grove on the back. A pleasing color palette was selected making for a very attractive visual effect. PMG notes that there is evidence of previous mounting on the back and that there are printer's notations (which appear in the top face margin, dating this note to early 1944).
