BRUTTIUM. Locri Epizephyrii. Ca. 4th-early 3rd centuries BC. AR stater (21mm, 7.60 gm, 6h). NGC XF 5/5 - 5/5, Fine Style. ΛOKPΩN, laureate head of Zeus left / Eagle flying left, feeding on hare upside down in its talons; AP monogram to right, all within olive wreath. SNG Ashmolean 1558 (these dies). SNG München 1492.
