HADRIANVS-AVG COS III P P, bare head of Hadrian right / COS-III, Jupiter seated left on backless throne, Victory left in right hand, scepter in left, eagle standing left, head right, at feet to left. RIC II -, cf. 479 for obverse legend, 499 for reverse type. Overstruck on a Ephesian cistophorus of Augustus with six grain ears (RIC I 478).
