A group of official Specimens with consecutive Specimen numbers seen in the bottom right. These notes featuring Ninomiya no Sontoku were introduced shortly after the defeat of Japan. The serial numbers used on these notes were actually block numbers, referring to the authorizing agency, printer and block. The EPQ designation is shared by all examples.
