A notoriously elusive first-year emission from the Pei Yang Arsenal in any condition, the present specimen displays notably intact integral detail without the primary features of the design blending together. Wear is comparatively even, while contact marks are kept to a minimum and traces of residual luster visible around the words YANG and ARSENAL.
