Cast at Leiqingtai Bank, inspected by public assayer Tong. Stamped "Lei Qing Tai Hao, Ba Yue Wen Yin" (Leiqingtai Bank, 8th month fine silver) three times. A fine representative of this popular packsaddle type, the calligraphy of the stamps sharp and evincing minimal, if any friction, some minor marks on the body consistent with the issue.
