BC-6 $5 1935 PMG Very Fine 30. A handsome, lightly circulated example of this French Text variety. Of the 9,140,000 5 Dollar notes printed in 1935, only 3 million have French text. This original example is clean and presentable. This popular series is so scarce today due to the fact that after King George V passed away in 1936, and by the following year, an entirely new series was issued.
