BC-49c-i $10 1971 PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ. This pleasing example, featuring the signatures of Lawson and Bouey and the incredibly scarce EES prefix, has excellent original paper quality. Typical Canadian centering (or rather, slightly askew centering) prevents a higher grade on this otherwise Gem example. It is the finest of just five examples known for the issue, featuring the EES prefix.
