Maria I 640 Reis 1795-(L) AU53 NGC, Lisbon mint, KM222.3. High Crown type. Quite conditionally scarce, and previously unseen in so fine a state of certified preservation. The offering exhibits a gentle blanket of metallic coloration, under which argent luster gleams alluringly, confirming the near-Mint State grade assigned by NGC.
