One of a mere two collectible silver Dollar types from Kansu Province, and by far the rarer of the two, with the Sun Yat-sen pieces both occurring with far greater infrequency on the auction market than their Yuan Shih-kai counterparts, as well as generally proving more desirable among collectors. Wholly argent appearances abound, and while lightly tempered by hairlines confirming NGC's modifier, a fate bestowed to most of this type, this ultimately does little to detract from the absolute rarity and desirability of this coveted Kansu type.
