L. Scribonius Libo (ca. 62 BC). AR denarius (19mm, 3.88 gm, 5h). NGC AU 5/5 - 3/5, brushed. Rome. Head of Bonus Eventus right, LIBO (downwards) behind, BON•EVENT (downwards) before / PVTEAL / SCRIBON, Puteal Scribonianum, decorated with garland and two lyres, hammer at base. Crawford 416/1a. Sydenham 928. Scribonia 8a. The piece features lustrous, silky surfaces, adorned with bold cyan blue toning on the obverse, contrasted beautifully by rich vermillion on the reverse.
