D N ANASTA-SIVS P F AVG, helmeted, cuirassed bust of Anastasius I facing, head slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / VICTORI-A AVGGG A, Victory standing facing, head left, grounded jeweled cross in right hand; star in right field, COMOB in exergue.
