Ming Dynasty "Waisted" Sycee of 15-1/2 Taels ND Certified AU53+(09) by Gong Bo Grading, 81.4x58.2mm. 576.1gm. With three later vertical stamps, reading "Wan Li Shi San Nien Wu Yue" (Thirteenth Year of the Wanli Era) left, "Yan Ke Yin" (Salt Tax Ingot) center, and "Chu Xiong Fu Cai Kai Nan Zhou" (Chu Xiong Mansion). Highly engaging and among the oldest Sycees we've had the pleasure of handling. It is seemingly more refined while experienced finer preservation than many of its contemporaries.
