William III gold 1/2 Guinea 1695 MS63 NGC, KM487.1, S-3466. Early harp. A finely appointed Choice specimen of this one-year type, featuring the laureate head of William III and four crowned shields in cruciform. Leaning slightly off-center and admitting a hint of softness in the central areas, yet astonishingly fresh and even partly lustrous. Very seldom encountered in a certified Mint State designation, and worthy of serious consideration from dedicated collectors of the Guinea series.
