M ANTONINVS AVG-GERM SARMATICVS, laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius right / TR P XXIX-IMP VIII COS III, Annona standing facing, head left, grain ears in outstretched right hand over modius at feet, cornucopia cradled in left arm; S-C across fields.
