A very rare Canadian Provincial issue that is the sole example certified by NGC, and PCGS has only certified a single SP64 example. That PCGS SP64 (Belzberg) example represents the only other modern auction record of this type. This offering, though only evaluated at the Choice Mint State level, is fully brilliant and prooflike. Practically untoned, this beauty is beaming with snow-white luster and general radiance.
