Victoria silver "Princess Helena & Prince Christian Marriage" Medal 1866 MS63 NGC, BHM-2859, Eimer-1583a. 64mm. By J.S. and A.B. Wyon. Obv. Conjoined busts left. Rev. Arms of the couple, crown above, dividing date, all within an ornamental sexfoil. Princess Helena was the fifth child of Victoria and Prince Albert. This specimen possesses original, full luster that pervades the fields and a touch of amber that brightens the spaces above the busts. The ornate design on the reverse entices the eye again and again. Tied with one other example at the top of the NGC census.
