Vittorio Emanuele III lead Uniface Reverse Trial Strike 5 Lire 1940-R UNC, Rome mint, cf. KM-TS4 (in silver) cf. Pag-236 (same). An enigmatic specimen struck upon a lead klippe in similar fashion to those one silver klippe planchets.
