George II Proof Crown 1746 PR61 PCGS, KM585.2, S-3690, ESC-1669. A handsome rendition of a type we witness quite infrequently, with the majority of 1746-dated Crowns being of the iconic "Lima" variety and almost exclusively struck for circulation. Here on offer is a wonderfully preserved Proof striking, as evidenced by the exceeding sharp devices produced from an exacting strike.
