ЄD | WΛRD: DЄI: GRΛ: RЄX: ΛnGL: DnS: hyB' • Z (retrograde) • AQ | T' (saltire and double saltire stops), Edward crowned, standing facing in ship, sword in right hand, shield in left / +IhC: ΛVTЄm: TRΛnSIЄnS: PЄR: mЄDIV: ILLORVm: IBΛT (double saltire stops), large floriate cross with C at center (on side), crowned lions in angles, all within polylobe with trefoils in spandrels. An abundance of luster graces the harvest gold fields on this highly pleasing and choice example, firmly struck on an appreciably round flan.
