A remarkable, rare issue featuring a portrait of the 9th century poet Sugawara no Michizane on the front, and the silver exchange clause on the back. Intricately designed borders create great eye appeal on this Convertible Silver Note. Although the third party grading company mentions repairs, there are only nine notes registered in the PMG Population Report denoting the scarcity of this issue.
