Kalakaua I Dollar 1883 AU Details (Reverse Graffiti) NGC, KM7. Out of the original 500,000 mintage only less than 10% survived, the rest were redeemed and melted. Notwithstanding the reverse graffiti, this is a handsome representative of the type, cloaked in slate patination. Comes with an old auction ticket.
