Although labeled as a receipt, this note did circulate like a traditional banknote among both pilgrims and locals alike. This small-sized 10 Riyals was supplemented by a new design less than two years after issue, and both of the earliest types were withdrawn in 1965. A handsome example in collector grade and the first Pick number for Saudi Arabia. Minor ink.
