A one of a kind trial piece of the charming "Snowman" issue, produced to celebrate Raymond Brigg's acclaimed picture book, The Snowman (1978), and the eponymous animated television film produced in 1982. The heptagonal planchet exhibits a technically flawless Cameo juxtaposition of frosted devices against intensely mirrored fields, which brings to life the endearing reverse design, ala Brigg, of a snowman hugging a boy under a snow-filled sky.
