George III gold "Military" Guinea 1813 MS62 PCGS, KM664, S-3730, Fr-357. Sixth laureate head. A one-year type and last date of the Guinea. Produced to pay troops fighting in the Napoleonic Wars, this exceptionally well-preserved example is bathed in a deep rich antique shade of gold with a red-orange patina on a conservatively graded, fully lustrous and boldly struck flan.
