D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, seen from front / CONCOR-DIA AVGGG Z, Constantinopolis enthroned facing on throne ornamented with lion heads, right foot on ship's prow, scepter in right hand, resting left on a shield inscribed VOT/V/MVLT/X; CONOB in exergue.
