Bermuda Bermuda Government 10 Pounds 28.7.1964 Pick 22 PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. For decades, the highest denomination in Bermuda was the 5 Pound Note. Steady inflation in the 1960s lead to the introduction of this note, which was first issued in 1966. Only 300,000 notes were printed, and this type is scarce today due to its high face value in contemporary times and its short stint in circulation. Bermuda adopted a decimal currency system in 1970, which forced the redemption of most Shillings and Pounds notes. Thankfully, this pack-fresh original was saved for posterity to be enjoyed today. An iconic Queen Elizabeth II note and rare, especially in this grade.
