A nearly impossible coin to imagine in this tier of preservation, especially when considering the next closest certified example ranks a mere MS63. With the choice combination of ample mint frost, die polish, and crisply struck devices, we find ourselves wholly impressed at the sheer sight of this "top pop" survivor.
