Do not mistake this 1939 issue for the more common 1945 and 1950 dated notes. This example features two small "LIBAN" indicators in the back of the watermarked area. A perforated cancellation and solid serial numbers are present on this Specimen, as is typical. We have not offered this type in the past, and this Specimen is one of only four pieces graded in the PMG Population Report.
