Easily the scarcest of the three Charlton numbers for this denomination with only 440,000 of this type was printed, making it scarcer than the DC-17b variant. A visually appealing example which is rare in conditions above Very Fine according to that reference. The third party grading company mentions stains lightened on this otherwise visually pleasing and very collectible example.
