British Colony. Victoria silver "First Opium War" Medal 1842 VF (Damage), Barac-72. By W. Wyon. Struck to honor those involved in the First Opium War, bearing the young portrait of Victoria and presented to James Mace of the H.M.S. Wellesley. Metallic appearances pervade, a result of an earlier cleaning, and populated by notable rim dings. Accompanied by silk ribbon.
