Kwangtung. Republic brass 2 Cents Year 7 (1918) MS62 PCGS, Kwangtung mint, KM-Y418, CL-KT.27. A scarce one-year type witnessed just shy of Choice Mint State and punctuated by a mellow-golden glow, the reverse facing up much finer than the assigned grade would indicate and levied with an unusual pastel array lending to the coin's superior aesthetic quality. With only seven examples graded more highly, topping out at MS63+, we anticipate fervent bidding when crossing the auction block.
