The verifiable key of this iconic and collectible series and an issue rarely encountered without a Details designation. This pleasing offering, laden with ample originality, boasts uniform pewter surfaces yielding to a silty patina, the sensitively rendered portrait with only trivial instances of handling is tinted with golden undertones, evident upon illumination. PCGS notes that it has certified only four finer, three of which are just one step finer at AU53. This specimen will be of immense interest to conditionally conscious collectors of the Hong Kong series.
