This specimen finds itself imbued with a steely metallic appearance and scattered traces of original mint luster to the legends, displaying as-struck levels of detail to the central devices, marred only by the occasional wisp and slightly impacted by exchange. Certified just shy of Mint State and most commonly found in similar designations.
