M•ANTONIVS•IMP•COS•DESIG•ITER ET TERT•, conjoined head of Marc Antony, wearing ivy wreath, and bust of Octavia, draped right / III•VIR•-R•P•C•, Dionysus standing left on cista mystica, cantharus in right hand, scepter in left; flanked by interlaced serpents with heads erect.
