SCYTHIA. Geto-Dacians. Coson (ca. after 54 BC). AV stater (21mm, 8.37 gm, 11h). NGC MS 4/5 - 4/5, die shift. Ca. 44-42 BC. Roman consul (L. Junius Brutus) walking left, accompanied by two lictors fore and aft; BA monogram before, KOΣΩN in exergue / Eagle with spread wings standing left on scepter, clutching laurel wreath in right talon. HGC 3.2, 2049. RPC I 1701A. Well centered on flashy surfaces.
